Rent Collection
Paying rent in a timely manner is something that the management takes very seriously. Rent is due on the first of the month.
We allow personal checks with a one-strike policy. If you are late on rent, the check bounces, or is made out incorrectly once, you will be required to send checks in the forms of Bankers Checks or Money Orders ONLY. Money orders are preferred.
As rent is due BY the first of the month, it is wise to make sure to send the checks at least 3 days before the first, in order to ensure the office receives the checks on time.

In the event that your rent is received late, a $50 rent charge will be applied to your account. Please make sure to pay the late fee in a timely manner.
Additionally, please note it is extremely important to ensure rent arrives to the office no later than the 10th of the month. Any tenant whose rent we do not receive by the 10th will be subject to eviction proceedings. If we receive your rent after beginning the legal paperwork for an eviction, you will be responsible for all legal fees applicable.
