Birch Realty is a small, owner managed real estate company. We have a small office with only a few employees, and our priority is making sure you have the best rental experience possible.

We'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, but in order to be considered for any apartment, or for us to answer questions regarding any of our available units, we must receive a full inquiry submission from you, with all the required information listed under Future Tenants // Apartment Inquiries.
