Laurel Street

Our building on Laurel Street is conveniently located directly off of Farmington Avenue, in the very West End of Hartford.
We currently have units available that include both roomy one bedrooms, as well as studios. All units have hardwood floors, and applicances are included, in addition to heat and hot water.
Capitol Avenue

The Capitol Ave building is located around the corner from West Street and Prospect Avenue, towards the West End of Hartford. A mix of both commercial and residential units, there is currently a small grocery store and cafe on the ground floor of the building.
Currently, there is only a 1 Bedroom unit left. Similar to the Laurel Street location, this building has hardwood floors throughout, and heat and hot water are included.
